Dears, I would like to know if is possible send data as DTMF Digits through an CVP application. We have an UCCE infraestructure installed on our customer, but they have a new project that will need transfer the call and data for an Avaya System. Is It possible? How can I do this?

Anyone have any suggestions? With CCX it is very simple to do.

CVP comes with default audio prompts.
In the en-us/sys folder, there are all the "DTMF" audio prompts. en_0.wav ... en_9.wav and en_pound.wav and en_star.wav.
Try using these audio prompts to play out the DTMF just as you would play out an standard audio file.
