TCS 3.3 build 98 - OT.exe running 1.5Gb virtual memory and 1.5Gb of RAM
Hi all,
I have a TCS that isn't behaving properly. Every once and a while I get this ot.exe process utelizing huge amounts of RAM and swap space, usually about 1.5Gbs each at the same time.
I have done some research but am having trouble finding what this process is for.
Is it related to TCS or Win2k Server2003 SP3??
Any ideas?

Generally we do also recommend running the latest software for your TCS. The current version is version 4.0. Customers have experienced processing improvements in version 4.0. A number of usability enhancements are also present in version 4.0. The support team will also be able to help you access this software.
