Hi,
We have a loan TMS to use whilst integrating our booking system using the APIs. We also have two Tandberg 1000 which we were hoping to connect to the TMS.
The TMS is 192.168.1.73 on our network, the 1000s are 192.168.1.76 and 77
In the TelePresence Management Suite, under Systems we use teh Add Systems but it is returning System not found!
What are we doing wrong?

check your snmp community name.. default is public
you may have changed the 100 snmp name or the tms snmp name
