Core Issue
The Data Connection (DC) directory and Cisco CallManager passwords do not match.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, perform these steps:
- Reset the Cisco CallManager Administrator password through c:\dcdsrvr\bin\ccmpwdchanger.exe.
- Restart the WWW publishing service (w3svc) by performing these steps:
- Select Start > Run and enter CMD. A DOS prompt appears in the window.
- From a DOS prompt, enter net stop w3svc. The WWW publishing service stops.
- In order to restart the WWW publishing service, enter net start w3svc.
