Core Issue
These actions do not resolve the issue:
- Reinstalling the Java Telephony Application Programming Interface (JTAPI) plug-in
- Rebooting
- Recreating the user
- Re-associating the user with the route points and Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) ports
Resolution
After an upgrade to Cisco CallManager, a reinstallation of Extended Services is required. After reinstalling Extended Services, AutoAttendent operation and access to the AppAdmin web pages is restored.
