Core Issue

With Cisco CallManager 4.12 and later, you get a second login dialog box when you log on to the Cisco CallManager Admin page.

Resolution

To disable the second login dialog box, perform these steps:

  1. Open an Internet Explorer browser.

  2. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Java (Sun) > Use Java 2 v1.4.2_04 etc  > Uncheck this option.
