Avaya Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) with Intelligent Call Manager (ICM) 7.0 SR4 can result in multiple call events which hit the Peripheral Interface Manager (PIM).
It is recommended to turn event minimization on when an Avaya Private Branch eXchange (PBX) is used. It is important to note that repeated events appear in the logs if it is enabled. If it is set to off, complete these steps in order to turn it on:
