Created by: Jared Harding on 31-10-2011 08:52:21 PM We previously had a Cisco TelePresence Touch Panel DirectPaired with our C40 Codec, the pair worked as expected but now we are trying to go back and only use the Tandberg TRC V handheld remote.
We know that the Touch Panel and TRC V remote will not work at the sametime, so we have starting the Unpair process. We have disabled the DirectPairing option and also issued a "systemtools pairing unpair" command from the CLI of the Codec to try and remove this previous association.
We have completed these actions and rebooted the codec a few times without any luck, Is there anything else we need to complete to restore the use of the TRC V remote?

Does that do the trick? If not then I think you need to open a case with support.

Thanks David, tried the MenuType as well with no luck... went ahead and opened a support case per your recommendation and the issue ended up be related to OSD Output and we ended up having to reset that with the Magic Sequence. All is back to normal now.
