Created by: henry kyburg on 23-09-2010 10:09:49 PM We at University of California San Francisco have 6 C90s integrated into our most important lecture halls. We depend on the video switching and scaling capabilities of the C90 to allow us to send full screen image of the presenter's laptop to a projector in the lecture hall. The projectors are Panasonic PT-DW7000U.
Every once in a while one of our 6 C90s will send a signal to the projector that gets cut off by about 10% on the left side of the image. "Auto Adjust" command to the projector results in an "Incomplete" message from the projector. Rebooting the C90 always fixes the problem.
All C90 were running 3.1.1 until last night, now they running 3.1.2, and the issue is still with us.
The output resolution is 1280x768 to the projector.
This issue is a big problem for us because we simply never know when a presenter's laptop will be incorrectly displayed. The issue happens about twice every month.
Thanks for any help or acknowledgment of this issue.
