cannot access old voice mail messages

 I'm not able to access my old voice mail messages all of a sudden.  The recording says something like 'the message is currently not available'.  This has never happened before in all the years I have been using this system.  I have tried over the past two days.

This is an office phone, part of a network of phones.

Is this happening just for you or everybody in the business ?

Do you get the time stamp of when the voicemail was left ?  What has changed since then ??

When we upgraded from 8.6 to 11.5 voicemails from 8.6 where no longer available.

Hi Dave, thank you for looking into this.
There is a time stamp. I'm not sure if it's happening to anyonelse in the office.
Some of the messages contained important information, and would like to retrieve them.

first, ensure the visual voicemail that has been activated 

go to the home screen to tap the app

tab access mail to see it

this is basically happening when we upgrade the voice 8.6 to 10.6
