i just received a cius yesterday.
A little rough as instructions no longer match reality.
But after i connect to the Firmware Update site - i never get a pop up telling me to update the firmware.
It is running sipcius.9-1-1TT14-5SECdev
is that up-to-date?

If you are trying to upgrade via RAVE, you might try to post this in the new RAVE forum.
If you have your own CUCM, you need to the correct Cius enabler COP file and a more recent Cius Firmware load.  With those installed you you need to get your Cius registered with the CUCM and it should upgrade without a problem.

ran out of time - i had to return the unit - if you only allow 10 days you need to find a way to be more responsive.

I sincerely appreciate your feedback.  You should provide your feedback to the folks who run the loaner program.  That is not something we are involved with in the business unit (where I am), so there isn't a lot we can do to help you.

Tom,

I am sincerely sorry that you ran out of time with your loaner device. We value your service and need to develop for the Cius, and will make another loaner available to you. Please fill out another submission form for a loaner device and I will make sure that you have an extended period to keep the loaner, test, and develop in the time you need.
