The Customer Contact development organization is now using the Agile development methodology. As part of this change, we need you, our customers and partners, to give us feedback on our upcoming products and features while they are under development.

If you have interest, please ask your Cisco contact to share with you what is currently under development.

I realize that this post was started sometime ago but I was wondering if the program is still active and if there is an opportunity to participate.

JP is out of the office for the next three weeks, I'm sure he will be in touch when he returns.

Thank you Jack!

Hi all,

Yes indeed, CCBU is still actively looking for customers to participate in our Agile sprint demos. We've been doing this for a good while now with great success.

At a super-high level, here's how it works: in the course of building the next generation products, the engineering team breaks down the work in two week sprints. At the end of each sprint, for each product, the team demonstrates to customers what it has built during that period. Customers are then able to provide immediate feedback on whether the engineering team is heading in the right direction, and whether they, the customers, would buy the product based on the work that was done. So it's a meeting between the people who use the product and those who build it. What it is not is a debugging session of customers' installations or a long-range planning event.

The best way to participate is to reach out to the product manager of the product the customer uses who can tell you about upcoming sprint demos and expected content. I'd be happy to make the connection if you are unsure who that is. That product owner will add more context and details on what that sprint demo is about, what to expect, etc.

Hope this helps,
JP
