hi
I wonder if this is always true for the more current versions of CUCM (8.x and 9.x etc)
1. The ccmIndex of the local CUCM is always 1 for all of ccmName..up to ....ccmInetAddress2 of the ccmTable.
ccmIndex of 2,3,4...are for the other CUCM that belongs to the same cluster.

2. if 1. above is true, then for a working CUCM, it is very safe to do snmpget , especially for the first time/discovery, to use ccmIndex 1

Other question is
Is there is easy and reliable way, vias SNMP, to tell the difference between  ccmStatus being unknown(1), or down(3), or the CUCM totally not available due to wrong index?

thanks
