Cisco CallManager installation fails on the subscriber ICS 7750 SPE

Core Issue

After installation, Cisco CallManager runs properly on the publisher Subscriber Policy Engine (SPE). However the subscriber SPE receives the current OS version does not meet the minimum requirements error message, even though both SPEs have the win-os-upgrade-K9.200-2-4.exe file installed.

Resolution

The subscriber SPE must run the UpdateICSBatchInstall.exe file to allow the installation of Cisco CallManager.
