If so, you’re in luck. Cisco Spark for Salesforce is now available.
Integrate with Cisco Spark video calling, group messaging, and presence right into your Salesforce environment.
If you’re a Salesforce administrator, you can deploy it with just a few clicks in Salesforce Setup.

When and How?
By October 16th, 2017, all Salesforce customers that are on Salesforce Lightning will be able
to enable this integration. Users must be on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
Any Cisco Spark account is supported (free or paid).
What is the cost?
The integration can be enabled for free Cisco Spark users at no cost.
This is an advantage over other products that offer Salesforce integrations and require licenses.
However, advanced capabilities like company-wide User Presence and Single Sign-On, that
enhance the integration user experience, require a license. Additionally, paid Cisco Spark
deployments include access to the Cisco Spark Control Hub for user management, metrics,
additional IT-centric features such as directory/calendar integration, and more.
In any case, customers can experience Spark-Salesforce integration even with free Spark client
and if this fits their needs, they can then evaluate paid Spark clients (M1 or M3).
Q&A:
Q: Is the integration available on any “version” of Salesforce?
A: Cisco Spark on Salesforce integration is only available on Lightning platform.
No development work is required to enable the integration.
This integration is available on Salesforce Sales and Service clouds via Lightning.
Q: Do customers need to pay to move to Lighting?
A: No. It’s just the new Salesforce platform. It’s free.
Q: Will the Cisco Spark integration ever support Classic Salesforce or only Lightning?
A: We don’t plan to support the integration on the “Classic” Salesforce interface. Lightning represents the next generation of Salesforce.
All new features for Salesforce is currently built for Lightning. Salesforce also encourages users and developers to migrate to Lighting.
