Problem
With Cisco Unity Connection 7.x/8/x, unable to get data from reports such as Subscriber Message Activity report, message traffic report. Also the error message "Unable to find any report data based on parameters" when trying to generate the data from these reports. Unable to get data for Port Usage from Port Activity Reports in Connection Serviceablity or using Port Usage Analyzer tool for Connections. Also, Port Usage Analyzer for Connections does not allow any dates to be selected in order to load data.
Solution
In order to resolve the issue, restart the Cisco Tomcat and Connection Reports Data Harvester service on the server. Refer to Managing Cisco Unity Connection Services for information on restarting the Connection Reports Data Harvester service in Cisco Unity Connection server.
