Cisco does not provide any integration to BMC Remedy.  For a list of CRM
integrations available from Cisco see

l  These are canned integrations and not supported by Cisco Developer
Services.

No.  The Cisco CRM Connector supports Microsoft CRM, PeopleSoft CRM,
Salesforce, and SAP.

I believe Remedy refers here the BMC Remedy. Any thoughts about this?

Consilium UniAgent¿ is a CRM connector for integration between the Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) application & BMC Remedy.
 
It is a certified Cisco Compatible product under the Cisco Developer Network (CDN.)
