Core Issue
The Communication Media Module (CMM) dial-in with the Voice Extended Markup Language (VXML) script fails if it is not loaded correctly or is corrupt.
Resolution
In order to fix the issue, complete these steps:
- Reload the script.
- Remove the "+" and "-" symbols in the VXML script.
Note: Although VXML is added in Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(11), these software releases have VXML issues and must not be used:
- Cisco IOS Software Release 12.3(8)
- Cisco IOS Software Release 12.3(9)
- Cisco IOS Software Release 12.3(14)T1
- Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(15)
