I tested CVP with ICM.

CVP Dialed Number: 36000
ICM VRU Label: 1234567890
CUCM IP Address: 10.1.1.11
CVP IP Address: 10.1.1.4
VG IP Address: 10.1.1.5

When I dialed "36000" via IP-Phone for comprehensive call test, I found below log from CVP error log.

I attached my VG configuration. What configuration is missed?

AOA Friends,

Go to System -> Enterprise Parameter -> Cluster Fully Qualified Domain Name on the Unified CM and add the Cluster FQDN.

Hi,
Looks like CVP is trying to establish a VRU leg of the call and failing because the GW rejected the DN= 1234567890306.  1234567890 if your VRU label where 306 is your correlation ID appended to the end of the label by ICM.  Your dial-peer might not be setup right on your Voice Gateway. Your dial-peer should look something like:

dial-peer voice 1234 voip
 service bootstrap
 session protocol sipv2
 session target sip-server
 incoming called-number 1234T
 voice-class codec 1
 dtmf-relay rtp-nte
 no vad

Of couse, codec 1 and sip-server are defined elsewhere in your GW config.  You can look at the CVP Config and Admin Guide for more examples.

Regards,
-Chris

Hi All,
I need a help for the issue described below
I have installed ICM as in set up ICM, CVP and CCM(4.x version)
For the CVP part, i have added call server, VXML server and gateway , i was also able to telnet gateway from CVP
I used show startup config from gateway and have saved that config in a notepad
In tht i see something related to dial peer which will be used for configuring dialed numbers

I'm trying to use a dial number 8004741234 for my script

I have added this number as route pattern in CCM

Hpwever i do not know how to assign dial peer for this, as in i do not know how to use dial number in my gateway configuration so that i can make calls from any phone(other than ip communicator) to test my script
I can login to CTI Tool Kit and make calls from ip communicator

Help is really appreciated
I have attached gateway config, a sample of which is available from cisco webiste, can someone tell me which dial peer to use and how to modify tht for dial number
