Hi,
My systems administrator had just had CCM 7 installed and he is trying to give me access permissions to the AXL APIs. When I tried to access it via the intranet at https://<ccm7_ip_address>:8443/axl, I get the following error:

"HTTP Status 403 - Access to the requested resource has
been denied" .

What sort of permissions does he need to give me in order for me to access the AXL Service?

Thanks.

Hi,
The reason why I am asking this is because my System Administrator is unable to give me Admin access to the system, however, I need to query the database for the extension numbers by sitenames and there are no reports of such.

Are there any other ways of accessing the database besides using the AXL APIs?

Hi,
The "Standard AXL Access" role has been assigned, but I am still getting the error. Did I miss out anything?
Thanks.

AXL is the only mechanism to get access to UCM data.  Note, you don't have to give full UCM admin rights to a user in order to allow them access to AXL (there is a separate AXL role.)
