Hi All,
I am facing one issue which is:
I am using Cisco statistics pluggable components (with appearance exactly like Cisco Ctios client Agent desktop) and whenever I press the statistcs button the statistics dialog appear empty with no data at all, the data only come in the dialog only if I am opening the dialog and the call end, this only the case in which the statistics appear in the dialog.
In all the other cases the dialog appears empty, any help will be appreciated.

Are you talking about agent or skill group statistics? For skillgroup statistics, if QOS is enabled then skill group stats are disabled. For agent stats, there is a configuration registry key: PollForAgentStatsAtEnd Call you may wish to check.
