I have a question regarting installation/deployment of the CVP Gateway Adaptor w/ OSR. I have downloaded and installed both the gateway adaptor and Cisco Custom subdialog elements according to the readme files.
On my PC I have Studio 5.1.3... On the Call Services server we have the latest version of call services.
My Questions...
1) I cannot get the CVP gateway adaptor to show up in the list after the install and restart of Studio
2) Will these adaptors work ok w/ the newer version of call services.
I didn't do anything w/ any licences. I assumed the licences we have would cover it??

Please contact your Account Representative to discuss your project's needs in regards to this gateway adapter, as well as to discuss what your current license supports. Should it be necessary, your Account Representative can help you update your license to support new adapters.

Hi Ryan,
Note that in order for your new adapter to show up in Studio 5.1.x, there are a few conditions that should be met:
1) Studio's license should support this adapter.
2) The deploy version of the voice application you are working on must be set to a Call Services version that supports this adapter. For the CVP adapters, only Call Services 3.4.3 supports these adapters.
So you can confirm if your adapter is installed and licensed properly by selecting "3.4.3" as the deploy version for your voice application, and then rechecking the gateway adapter drop-down. Note that the drop-down will have different gateway adapters listed depending on the chosen deploy version.
If your gateway adapter is not listed, please contact your Account Rep to ensure that your license supports this adapter (or to request a license that does). Additionally, if you would like to deploy your voice app to a Call Services version other than 3.4.3 (as you noted you have the newest version installed, 3.6.4) please discuss this with your rep.
