Core Issue
Stopping and restarting the Data Connection (DC) Directory service returns the DC Directory to the paused state.
Selecting CCMADMIN, User > Global Directory returns the following error:
The following error occurred while trying to retrieve the
information for the requested user.
Couldn't create user object.
[object Error] : undefined
Resolution
DC Directory in a paused state is usually caused by a lack of disk space. Purge the Administrative Reporting Tool (ART) database and restart. This should fix the problem.

Note: This procedure is valid for Cisco CallManager servers running versions 3.0(5a) to 3.3(2c). Do not use this procedure for Cisco CallManager 3.3(3) and later.
