I wish to use a Crestron Digital media matrix to feed sources to one of the HD inputs on the C60/C90 (DVI or HDMI) as well as the room displays (native 1080p HDCP compliant displays) As the Matrix gathers the EDID information of native resolution for all displays/destinations and then outputs the lowest common resolution , I want to ensure that the C90's EDID response does not drop the resolution from 1080P, therefore how does the C60/C90 respond to an EDID request on the HD inputs.
regards, Rick

The C60/C90 will provide the same EDID information all the time for its HD inputs. It is the source which will define which of the resolutions announced by the C60/C90 it will use.

I understand that the Codec's EDID response contains all supported resolutions, but the Crestron matrix will lock to the codec's reported "native input " resolution , so I need to now what the native resolution of the inputs are.

Ok, now I understand. The native input announced by the EDID is 1080p60. There are no plans to change this.

Edit: Actually the system does not report any native format as it's not a screen. However we report 1080p60 as the first choice in the reported list of supported formats.
