http://localhost/desktop/gadgets/CallControl.xml -----END----- The rest of the UI is OK. Agent can sign in / out, change state, show reserved for an incoming call. Call control gadget, as normally seen, is not visible at all. Happens with both Firefox and IE 8. -Andrew
