How Do I Set or Reset My Voicemail PIN on Cisco Unity Connection

In this short article I show how can you set or change your Voicemail PIN either if you are using an IP Phone, Jabber or Webex with UCM Calling.

1. Log in to this URL from your browser while you are on your corporate network: http://<Cisco Unity Connection server>/inbox
2. Log in there with your userid and LDAP or local credentials

3. Go to the Settings Tab
   • 
4. That takes you to a new page Select there Passwords > Change PIN

5.  Create a New PIN
