Note: Remember to update the TSP on the Cisco Unity server to point to the new Cisco CallManager IP address. On the Cisco Unity server, go to the Windows Start menu, and click Programs > Cisco Unity > Manage Integrations.
CRS Server
For information on changing the IP address of the Customer Response Solutions (CRS) server, refer to the Documentation Component section of Release Notes for Cisco Customer Response Applications 3.1-Documentation Component.
If you change the IP address of the machine on which the Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) servers are installed (in most cases, the CRA server), you must make sure this change is made throughout the system. The IPUpdate utility accomplishes this task. It updates as shown:
- LDAP
- Registry settings
- Configuration files
- Licensing files
For more information, refer the procedure described in the Updating the CAD Servers IP Address section(Page 41) in Cisco Desktop Product Suite 4.5(ICD) Service Information (pdf).
