Resolution
Check to see if there is more than one CTI ManagerComplete these steps:
- Select Start > Run >cmd.
- Type the command c:\program files\cisco\desktop_config\util\dsbrowser /editable.
- Enter the password of the Directory server and click OK.
- Select Server Data > (server name)-LCC > App Data > CTI Manager List.

Configure Redundant CTI Manager Servers
Complete these steps:
- Select Subsystems > JTAPI > Select JTAPI provider.
- Enter up to two CallManagers in the JTAPI provider(s), separated by a space.
- Enter the addresses of your subscribers before you use the publisher.
- Select Subsystems > ICD > Select RM JTAPI provider.
- Enter up to two CallManagers in the RM JTAPI provider(s), separated by a space.
- Enter the addresses of your subscribers before you use the publisher.
