Resolution

Check to see if there is more than one CTI ManagerComplete these steps:

  1. Select Start > Run >cmd.
  2. Type the command c:\program files\cisco\desktop_config\util\dsbrowser /editable.
  3. Enter the password of the Directory server and click OK.
  4. Select Server Data > (server name)-LCC > App Data > CTI Manager List.

Configure Redundant CTI Manager Servers

Complete these steps:

  1. Select Subsystems > JTAPI > Select JTAPI provider.
  2. Enter up to two CallManagers in the JTAPI provider(s), separated by a space.
  3. Enter the addresses of your subscribers before you  use the publisher.
  4. Select Subsystems > ICD > Select RM JTAPI provider.
  5. Enter up to two CallManagers in the RM JTAPI provider(s), separated by a space.
  6. Enter the addresses of your subscribers before you  use the publisher.
