Resolution

Follow the information in these two sections to resolve this issue:

Retrieve the Speed Dial Information

  1. Select Start > Programs > DC Directory Administrator to go into the DC Directory Admin (not DC Directory).     
  2. In the Administration folder expand Directory > CCN > user_info > _info.        
  3. Highlight AttendantConsoleProfile.     
  4. Double-click ACXmlData in the right hand window frame.       
  5. See if the Recorded name field has any data in it. This is the speed dials in an encrypted format.

Copy Speed Dials from One User to Another

  1. Open the DC Directory Administration.      
  2. Expand Cisco.com > CCN > User_info.      
  3. Go to _info.        
  4. Locate the AttendantConsoleProfile entry. The ACXmlData is encrypted but you can copy it in the value of your other attendants.
