Resolution
Follow the information in these two sections to resolve this issue:
Retrieve the Speed Dial Information
- Select Start > Programs > DC Directory Administrator to go into the DC Directory Admin (not DC Directory).
- In the Administration folder expand Directory > CCN > user_info > _info.
- Highlight AttendantConsoleProfile.
- Double-click ACXmlData in the right hand window frame.
- See if the Recorded name field has any data in it. This is the speed dials in an encrypted format.
Copy Speed Dials from One User to Another
- Open the DC Directory Administration.
- Expand Cisco.com > CCN > User_info.
- Go to _info.
- Locate the AttendantConsoleProfile entry. The ACXmlData is encrypted but you can copy it in the value of your other attendants.
