Resolution
The Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter in Multilevel Administration (MLA) indicates whether access is enabled.
You can set the Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter to these values:
- True. MLA access is enabled.
- False. MLA access is disabled. (This is the default value).
When the Enable MultiLevelAdmin enterprise parameter value is modified, the Worldwide Web Publishing service needs to be restarted. Perform these steps:
- Go to Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Services.
- Select and right-click the Worldwide Web Publishing service.
- Select Stop, then select Start.

Note: On Cisco CallManager 4.0, you can disable MLA, but you cannot uninstall MLA.
