Resolution
To program a code for Cisco CallManager, the code must be part of the route pattern itself. For example, if a user has to dial ?*12345? to get a long distance line, the user could set the route pattern as 9*12345.@.
The drawback to this method is that the access code is visible as the dialed digit on the user's screen. Otherwise, there is no other way to implement an access code.
