How to identify the SCCP Version of Cisco IP Phone on CUCM?
Solution
SCCP version is dependent on the firmware used by the Cisco IP Phone. This can determined by collecting the packet capture from the phone and checking the SCCP StationRegister message.
The value is actually a hexadecimal value which needs to be converted to decimal to identify the version.
