Resolution

Install the language locale for the Cisco CallManager. Perform this procedure:

  1. Go to www.cisco.com.
  2. Log in with a Cisco.com account.
  3. Click Technical Support > Downloads.
  4. Click Voice Software.
  5. Click Locale Installer under the Cisco CallManager section at the top.
  6. Click on the appropriate version.
  7. Scroll down and look for the appropriate locale installer file to download. For example, the file for Portuguese version 3.2(2) SR1 is li-ffr.3.3-2-ser1-PTG.exe.

Note: Read any release notes on the same page. For version 3.2(2), the release notes file is li-ffr.3-3-2-ReleaseNotes.pdf.

  • On your Cisco CallManager, run the executable file that you have downloaded, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the Cisco IP Telephony locale installer.
