Resolution
Install the language locale for the Cisco CallManager. Perform this procedure:
- Go to www.cisco.com.
- Log in with a Cisco.com account.
- Click Technical Support > Downloads.
- Click Voice Software.
- Click Locale Installer under the Cisco CallManager section at the top.
- Click on the appropriate version.
- Scroll down and look for the appropriate locale installer file to download. For example, the file for Portuguese version 3.2(2) SR1 is li-ffr.3.3-2-ser1-PTG.exe.
Note: Read any release notes on the same page. For version 3.2(2), the release notes file is li-ffr.3-3-2-ReleaseNotes.pdf.
- On your Cisco CallManager, run the executable file that you have downloaded, and follow the on-screen prompts to install the Cisco IP Telephony locale installer.
