Resolution
To troubleshoot TimesTen issues in Call Session Control Platform (CSCP) 3.0, navigate to the log directory in Operation Administration Management (OAM). The log directory resides in install_directory/tmp/instance/. Locate the log files for TimesTen Data Authority Server (TTDAS) and TimesTen Monitor (TTMON) and look for errors and exceptions.
These are some example paths to the log directory:
- For TTDAS: cd /opt/CSCP/OAM/tmp/instance/TTDAS1/log/
- For TTMON: cd /opt/CSCP/OAM/tmp/instance/dsTTMON1/log/
