Steps to remove domain controller from the database:-
1) Go to Start Menu->Programs->Microsoft SQL->Enterprise Manager --> Expand servers --> databases-->UnityDb --> Tables
2) Find the table "ADDomain", right click, open table --> return all rows
3) Find the domain and click on grey box to the left of that row.This will highlight the whole row.
4) Delete the row that has bad DC.
