Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

  1. Log in to the machines on which Data Gateway (DGW) is installed.
  2. Navigate to the NS install_directory. For instance, /opt/dynamicsoft/NS_1_3_0_xx/.
  3. Open the NSout file.
  4. If any errors exist in the NSout file, contact Cisco Technical Support.
