Core Issue
Some parameters in the ccndir.ini file are incorrect.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, perform these steps:
- From the Cisco Customer Response Applications (CRA) Administration web page, go to Tools > Plug-ins and click the Cisco CRA Editor hyperlink.
- Choose the Download the directory access configuration file and follow the on-screen instructions to save the file as specified.
- Restart the CRA Editor.
