Hi guys,
I would like to integrate a CCX system with a TCL IVR script.

So, I need to send some information from CCX to TCL script at router.

I have been thinking to use http form, so for exemplo: http://$WebServer/URA/telefoneorigem=$CallerID

What kind of the technique can I use?

Hi Chen,

So, I will explain more about:
- I have already had a attendant system "B" with TCL IVR script working properly at the moment.
- My customer would like to add a new CCX "C" to do another specific feature that will be a satisfaction quiz.
- Addicionally I have already had another attendant system "A" that receive the first contact, for example: Hello, press 1 to... press 2 to ...
The users will digit all information to itself in the system "A".

The problem is:
- How can I receive their information in my system B?
- How can I send that information for the system C?

thanks.

Hi,

The topology is:
System A (old CCX)  <<<<<< >>>>> System B (TCL script)<<<<<< >>>>>> System C (New CCX)

If you like to use http please refer toprogramming guide "HPPT commands".
Question to ask is what "information" you like tosend.receive between  system B and C ?
In what way C can handle message ?
For example, if we are using SIP trunk we can embed "information" in custom header send to C but can C handle it ?

Thanks !
