According to the documentation at http://www.tandberg.com/collateral/documentation/Application_Programmer_
Interfaces/Codian%20Remote%20Management%20API%20-%20V.%205.1.pdf, IP VCR is supported using the XML-RPC protocol. 

However, when I try the URL http://<VCR server name>/RPC2 to access the API, I get no response.  Is there any other URL for IP VCR product?  Similarly structured URL for Codian device works and returns valid XML-RPC.
