Hi everyone,
I face a problem when I develop a Java application to make a phone call request.
When I try to make a phone call request with a outside line access number (9XXXXXXXX),
Jtapi return an Exception when I make the phone call.
Can anyone help?

Can you provide a sample class that demonstrates the problem? The detailed JTAPI logs may also be helpful, feel free to attach here if you can't spot anything.
