Created by: David Roberts on 12-02-2010 04:36:42 PM Hi, We collect the MLQK from the CMR records. When the jitter, latency or packet loss are high, we definitely see low scores. However, we also find low (< 3.0) MLQKav, mn scores sometimes when loss, jitter and latency are also nearly 0. Can someone explain how the MLQK scores are arrived at and what other inputs it might be using?

Deep details would probably be available from ITU http://www.itu.int/md/meetingdoc.asp?lang=en&parent=T05-SG12-060605-TD-WP2&source=P.VTQ%20Editors It looks access to the doc requires some ITU signup/membership.
