When creating a multiway conference and the main participant who initiated the call leaves the conference that conference does not end on the MCU. All participants have to disconnect for the conference for it to end.
This poses a problem as the other participants added to the multiway call don’t always bother to end their call when they leave the room or when the main participant disconnects. The conference on the MCU ends up staying live for hours.
Is there any configuration that could be done so that when the main participants end his call it also ends the adhoc multiway conference?
I have had a look on the MCU and see that there is a setting where by if only guests remain you can choose to end the conference but the multiway participants are not seen as guests so this option does not work.
Could anyone advise?
