Hi all,
We are having an issue on CVP 7.0.2 where we are trying to override the fetchaudio property that is set on the root document with a new fetchaudio prompt but it looks like that Voice browser is not picking up the new prompt.
Does anyone know how can this property be overriden?
FYI, We have set our VXML Gateway to use VXML version 2.0
On another note, does anyone know if there is anyway to re-generate the Root Document in the middle of the call flow?
