Out of the box, CCE doesnt do that. There are third party, or Cisco Solutions Plus partners that have products capable of doing that. Companies like 2RING, Aceyus or eGain offer this. The change that was made in 11.6 was that you could have one Person record be a supervisor on multiple Agent PGs. Before, that Person record could only be tied to one Agent PG as a supervisor. But one supervisor to many Agent PGs is still not an out-of-box feature.
