WebEx functionality can be added to mobile apps or desktop sites, but the actual meeting experience would still need to use the WebEx application. APIs provide premeeting and post meeting functionality, including user management, scheduling, calendar listing, usage reports, etc. APIs cannot modify the in meeting experience.

The Meeting Center iOS URL scheme is not a public API. The URL API join and host meeting commands work on mobile devices though the mobile browser, although attendee name and email address are taken from the stored settings, rather than the join link values.

Standard URL API join or host link will work with mobile device and either directly launch WebEx mobile app via the mobile browser, or redirect to the app store to download the app. The URL API reference guide on this site details these commands, an example join link would look like https://site.webex.com/site/m.php?AT=JM&MK=123456789. For iOS app, name and email are taken from the app configuration.
