Greetings all,
We are an enterprise WebEx customer and are attempting to integrate WebEx logins with our Shibboleth environment. While we have gotten authentication and auto-provision to work, we are looking for a way to potentially send along a separate SAML attribute (built by us) that would indicate what level of access a user would receive (access to certain 'Centers'), or even to prevent a user from being auto provisioned entirely? Is this or a concept similar to it possible?
For instance, we have an entire student population that currently would be able to log in, be auto provisioned and thereby consume active user slots. We would like to be able to prevent this from happening for certain types of accounts.
Some of the SSO guides for WebEx indicate there are "optionalparams" you can send - but I have yet to find any concrete information on this, or whether it would be able to faciliate the sort of conditional login we would like.
