Core Issue
When call volume consumes a significant amount of bandwidth, the update messages for available bandwidth between Cisco CallManagers are being lost.
Details are available in bug ID CSCdy04007 - Location counters out of sync on servers in cluster.
Resolution
Bandwidth message updates between Cisco CallManagers may be lost on WAN connections during high call volume.
Workarounds include:
- Reloading the servers will reset the bandwidth counters.
- Increasing the bandwidth between sites.
To resolve the problem, upgrade to 3.1(04b)SpA.
