Subject: RE: Services URL enterprise parameters

See the Enterprise Parameter 'Services Provisioning' (also configurable at phone level and common phone profile level).  This is probably set to the default 'Internal', so that the phone uses TFTP config file provisioned services only and doesn't check the external services URL.

Hi,

I need to use a propietary URL for the services URL in the enterprise parameters in CUCM7. I entered the path to my script which sends as output a CiscoIPPhoneMenu object. If I press the services button of any phone the message 'No services defined' appears on the prompt. If I check on the phone the Services URL under HTTP settings is updated. As it looks like the phone is not even trying to execute the URL. What am I missing?

thanks,
alej

I have encountered a strange behaviour and I am wondering if it's a bug or there's a missing piece to the puzzle.
I use an external URL for the Services URL and I set the Services Provisioning flag to External. so far so good: everything works as expected. However when I then pressed the directories button the language used to list the missed calls, etc doesn't match the language of the phone; it's always english. As far as I have read about the Services Provisioning parameter the phone is executing the URL http://10.226.149.1:8080/ccmcip/xmldirectory.jsp so why is the language not displayed properly?

Thanks,
alej
