Hello All,
I have cisco 7940 in thirdparty SIP envirnment. I created my own service XML url, this is running off of my own iis server. When i add xml link in "directory_url" - the phone just says "Connecting to HTTP server" and eventually it times out. SIP phone can ping ii web server via 7940 telnet console and xml service output meets cisco phone schema requirement. What am i missing?

Try to get to that service from an internet browser.
