In CCM 4.1, I had number of users share a address book ( team contact list) by subscribing them via IP Phone services address book feature. I am struggling to replicate something similar since our migration to CUCM 7.1. I know the architecture of the way Personal Address book is done in CUCM 7.1 has changed somewhat, however, all I want to do is share a number of contacts list among a handful of users in a team and not use the Corp Directory to do this. Thanks in advance for your help. N

I just had a client request to be able to use fastdials the same as they did with 4.1. I created the following service to auto login and go directly to fastdials. Worked pretty well. 1) Service Name = FastDials 2) Service Description = FastDials 3) Service URL = http://<CUCM IP>:8080/ccmpd/login.do?name=#DEVICENAME#&service=fd 4) Service parameters a. pin b. name 5) Assign the service it to a phone and hard code the userID and PIN
